Why Not Download Digital Sheet Music?

I'm a director of SightRead Ltd and we have a website with over 130,000 legal scores available for purchase, download and print. A very high proportion of the scores can be transposed before printing using our free Solero software.

The range of music is huge - 50,000 Classical, 15,000 Rock, 10,000 Pop,10,000 Jazz Blues, 5,000 Show Tunes, 5000 Folk, 5,000 Christian & many more.

We have many signed up customers and musicians/musical directors who come back and purchase more scores.

We're on the front page of a Google search for "download sheet music" but I cannot understand why many more musicians and teachers are not using the service. In America thousands of musicians are purchasing and downloading scores - Are we too traditional here?

We also sell the MusicPad which can display scores electronically. Over 35 MusicPads and the Conductor's Maestro have just been used by Jeff Wayne in his musical version of The War of the Worlds Tour - This is Jeff's third tour using the MusicPads - Many more amateur and professional musicians could be using MusicPads but it is nearly impossible to get into direct contact with the professionals.

If any professionals or managers read this blog please get in touch - join the revolution!
